Initiate Your Request
Log into your FragFlex account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Start Return' option for the specific item you wish to send back.
Pack Securely
Carefully place the fragrance in its original packaging and use the provided protective bubble wrap to ensure the bottle remains intact during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label sent to your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
